MONOPAN^® – innovative material for lightweight structures

MonoPan^® is one of the lightest and most robust composite sandwich panels produced to industrial standards.

The high resistance and robust character of this innovative polypropylene based material are mainly resulting from the honeycomb structure of its core material. Additionally, very strong glass-reinforced skin materials provide high stiffness and an extremely good impact resistance of the panel surface.

The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and makes MonoPan^® unique. Thus delamination of the skin is impossible which distinguishes it from traditionally glued or laminated panel types.
